The hotel was clean, there were excellent and fairly friendly staff and enjoyable breakfasts. The room was good sized and brand-new, really enjoyed exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great. The location seemed particularly good and perfect close to many eating places. Luckily it was close to Nick's Cafe, had pastries there when it was very hot outside.
